These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Kinward website and to any product you buy from Kinward ("Kinward," "we," "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy our products.



1. What we sell

Kinward sells digital products: organizers, guides, worksheets, spreadsheets and letter templates delivered as downloadable files. We do not ship physical products.



2. Not legal, financial or medical advice

Kinward products help families organize information and understand common steps in plain language. They are educational tools. They are not legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and they do not create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship. Laws and agency rules vary by state and change over time. For wills, powers of attorney, trusts, probate, taxes or any decision with legal or financial consequences, talk to a qualified professional, such as an elder-law attorney. You are responsible for how you use the information in our products.



3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and are charged once at checkout. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect orders you have already placed. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if a product was listed with an obvious pricing error, and we will refund any amount charged.



4. Delivery

After your payment goes through, you will get access to your files by download, along with an email confirmation. If you do not receive your files, check your spam folder and then contact us at [support email].



5. 60-day money-back guarantee

If a product is not right for your family, you can ask for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase. Email [support email] with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once a purchase is refunded, your license to use those files ends and you should delete any copies you have.



6. Your license to use the products

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own family. You may:



Download, fill in, print and save the files

Share the files and your completed copies with family members involved in your parent's care or estate

Print as many copies as your family needs

You may not:



Resell, redistribute, publish or give away the files outside your family

Share the files in groups, forums, marketplaces or file-sharing sites

Use the products, in whole or in part, to create products for sale

Remove Kinward's name or copyright notices from the files

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website and in our products, including text, designs, layouts, graphics and the Kinward name and logo, belongs to Kinward and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Buying a product gives you the license described above, not ownership of the content.



8. Outside resources

Our products and website may mention or link to government agencies, organizations and other outside resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Contact details and rules can change, so check with the agency or organization directly.



9. Disclaimer

We work to keep our products accurate and up to date, but we provide the website and products "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee any particular result, including how a bank, agency, court or other institution will respond to your requests.



10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Kinward will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.



11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
